2. What we collect
When you contact us or request a quote, we collect your name, email address, company (if provided) and the content of your message. We may also process order, shipping and billing details required to fulfil purchases.
3. Why we process it
To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, deliver ordered goods, meet legal and tax obligations, and maintain our business records. The legal basis is your consent, performance of a contract and our legitimate interests under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
4. Sharing
We share data only with logistics partners, payment processors and public authorities when strictly necessary to deliver our services or comply with the law. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months. Transactional records are retained for the period required by Estonian accounting and tax law (typically 7 years).
